Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing video feeds from cameras to detect suspicious activity.
  • Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
  • Access Control: Checking IDs and credentials of individuals entering the property and managing access points.
  • Incident Response: Responding to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, including fire alarms and medical emergencies.
  • Report Writing: Documenting daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handling disputes or confrontations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Assisting visitors and staff, providing directions, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Safety Inspections: Conducting safety checks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaboration: Working with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Training and Drills: Participating in training sessions and emergency drills to stay prepared for various situations.
